Ordering
How much are the garments?
Prices vary depending on the quantity, design, and personalisation required. Every quote includes VAT, and we ensure there are no hidden costs.
When will I get my order?
For orders under 50 pieces, we usually dispatch within 1–3 working days. Larger orders come with an estimated lead time shown during checkout.
Can I get samples?
Yes, you can order plain garments as samples. These are non-returnable unless faulty. This helps you check the size and quality before customising.
What if I need it fast?
If you’re in a rush, choose express options at checkout. For urgent deadlines, it’s best to contact our team directly to explore all available solutions.
Can I reorder?
Definitely! Just log into your account and find the order in your Order History. If reordering is available, you’ll see a “reorder” button.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum! You can order as little as one item. The more you order, the lower the price per item.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but please contact us ASAP. If your order has already gone into production, we may not be able to make changes or stop it.
Can I pay by card or PayPal?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Trade accounts are also available—just ask us!
Can I buy plain items?
Yes, plain garments can be ordered and usually ship within 1 working day.
Artwork
Will I see a proof?
Yes, we send proofs for all new designs and won’t start production until you approve it. Repeat designs don’t require a new proof.
Can I get a mockup?
Yes! The design tool lets you preview your logo or artwork directly on the garment during customisation.
Can I add more than one logo?
Yes, our tool supports multiple logos in various positions. For more complex placements, contact our team for help.
What's the setup cost?
We charge £20 to prepare your artwork for embroidery. This is a one-time fee per design, and you won’t need to pay it again for future orders using the same artwork.
What colours do you have?
We stock a wide range of embroidery thread colours. If you need a specific shade, we can access the full Madeira thread range at an extra cost.
Which file formats do you accept?
We accept almost all file formats. For best results, check our Artwork Guidelines for specifics.
Why embroidery?
Embroidery is durable, professional-looking, and ideal for corporate wear or uniforms. It gives a polished finish that lasts.
Print or embroidery?
Embroidery is great for logos and small designs. Printing works better for detailed graphics and large areas. Not sure? We’ll help you choose!
What print methods do you use?
We use sublimation, DTF (Direct to Film), and vinyl heat transfer—depending on the garment material and your design.
Delivery & Returns
Can I collect my order?
Yes! Add a note at checkout that you’d like to collect. We’ll notify you when your order is ready. Don’t arrive until you get that confirmation.
Where's my order?
You can track your order under "Order History" in your account. Once shipped, a tracking link will appear, and you’ll also get updates via email.
How do I return something?
All return info is on our Returns page. Please note: customised items can only be returned if they are faulty.
Can I return customised items?
Custom items are only returnable if they are faulty. Be sure to double-check sizes and designs before placing your order.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Just note that larger international orders may incur import fees which aren’t covered by us.
Do you charge for delivery?
