At PurpleApple Clothing Limited, we strive to provide high-quality custom print and embroidery products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in new condition.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Items must not have noticeable wear.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom and personalised products are non-returnable. Due to the nature of custom printing and embroidery, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they are defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Shipping Costs for Returns
The returnee must pay all shipping charges for returning products. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
How to Return Your Items
To return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.

Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. PurpleApple Clothing Limited is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it for eligibility, we will process your refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
